The moon tries to copy the world, because deep down the moon wants to be the world. But since its not. The Moon often throws away things that it doesn't think it needs. One day, the Moon thought it wanted to make its own person because it was lonely and wanted the astronauts to stay with them.
So, the Moon thought that if it made its own person, then the astronauts would stay with the moon instead of Earth.
it made its person, and told its person, that is must take care of the astronauts or else.
but then one day, the person got sick because a horned astronaut wanted to mine the moon all for herself, and didn't want the person there.
the person got sick, and they got scared that the moon would get rid of her. the same way it throws away things that it doesn't think it needs.
to avoid this, the person took their personhood and made Magic Missus.
and then, threw away magic missus.
the horned astronaut who wanted to mine away the moon, found magic missus in the trash. and woke her up. She thought if she let the Magic Missus live, then she would eventually be able to mine the whole moon for herself. Magic Missus hated her, hated the moon, hated the astronauts that made her exist, but she wasn't powerful enough to do anything about it.
[To anyone else, it would sound like a tall tale, but Omori doesn't think so. They've talked about something like this before - personhood and sharing. Omori reads every word. He no longer feels like playing around.]

so Magic Missus, despite how much she hated all the astronauts on the world, made herself into someone who could make their dreams come true - but not their wishes
